1. Research use only

All products supplied by Calibre Pens are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are not medicines, food, supplements or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, administration or diagnostic use of any kind.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are a researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research organisation, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you have the knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.

2. No medical advice

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, health or professional advice. Descriptions of published research are provided for educational context only and do not imply that any product is safe, effective or suitable for any use other than laboratory research.

3. Regulatory status

Products are supplied as research chemicals under UK law. They are not licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or any other regulator, and Calibre Pens makes no representation that any product has been approved for any medicinal purpose. The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to their possession and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction.

4. Product information and testing

Calibre Pens targets a purity standard of over 99% and publishes independent certificates of analysis where available. Certificates relate to the specific batch tested. Product images, weights and descriptions are provided in good faith and may vary between batches.

5. Ordering and delivery

Orders are placed by direct message (WhatsApp, Telegram or email). An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. Delivery timescales given are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Storage and handling

Products should be kept refrigerated at 2–8°C, protected from light and not frozen unless otherwise stated. Calibre Pens is not responsible for degradation caused by storage or handling after delivery.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calibre Pens accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from misuse of its products, including any use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
